ClearNotice was designed and built using Hyland's Content Innovation Cloud and is a dynamic and configurable content approval process.

Regardless of the department or business purpose, ClearNotice is ready to support whatever approval process is required.

Deployment

After obtaining the ClearNotice package, upload the project to your Hyland CIC. Some environmental and authorizations to content need to be configured.

Any other tweaks or changes to the process would be done using the Studio Modeling Tool.

Once all updates are done, the project is released using the standard Studio Modeling functionality and deployed via the Hyland Automate Studio Admin.

Configurable User Interface

Want to customize your implementation of ClearNotice with your own color and title? Easy.

Our UI Configuration allows you to change the title and color of the application, so you could deploy multiple versions, each with its own unique look.

Configurable Content Repository

While ClearNotice is automatically configured to use the Hyland Content Repository, it can also integrate with Alfresco Content Repository.

Future plans include integrations to Hyland OnBase, Perceptive, and Nuxeo. SharePoint integration is also being planned.

From the configuration panel, select the Content tab, select the repository and additional information.

Configurable Document Types

At the core of ClearNotice is the ability to add your own document types - making each deployment completely unique.

Deploying a Human Resources ClearNotice App? Use "Application", "Payroll Review", "Onboarding" and "Offboarding."
Deploying a Project Management Central App? Use "Status Report", "Design Document", and "Change Request."

Any list of documents that pertain to the application you are deploying can be added, changed, and deleted via configuration.

Configurable Email Notifications

If you want or need to use email notifications when using ClearNotice, that is configurable too!

You can decide if you want the system to send email notifications and if so, enter in a constant value for the subject line and email body within the configuration panel.

Configurable Timelines

ClearCadence understands that different departments have different SLAs so why should only one set of timelines work for all instances? It doesn't so you can set the timelines for a Normal response time or a Expedited timeline for each application deployment. You can even change them if necessary. Once changed, all new items will work against the new timelines.
